Who is responsible
NEO Medical, part of the NEO family, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data. For any privacy matter, message us on WhatsApp from the contact section.
What data we use
- Your contact details: name, business, email and phone/WhatsApp.
- Your orders: what you buy, when and their status.
- Payment confirmations from the payment provider, once payments are enabled. We never store card data.
- What you share for your practice: logo, services, schedules, and your doctors' public professional information as they approve it. Never medical records, diagnoses or protected health information.
- If you use patient messaging, scheduling data only (name, phone, date and time of the appointment), to send bookings and reminders on your behalf.
What we never receive
NEO never receives medical records, diagnoses or clinical notes. In the US we don't handle protected health information (PHI), and NEO Medical is not offered as a HIPAA service. Please don't send us any of it.
Why we use it
- To prepare, deliver and bill your order.
- To publish or connect things only with the permissions you grant, which you can revoke at any time.
- To keep you posted on your order.
Those are the only purposes. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us make and deliver your order, and only what's needed:
- Payment providers (Stripe, Mercado Pago), once payments are enabled.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and, if included, your website.
- Meta (WhatsApp), if you connect your messaging assistant.
- The AI providers we use to produce images, videos, voices and text.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop us from using it, and withdraw your consent. We answer within 20 business days.
What stays in your browser
This site saves your order in your own browser to show it on the confirmation page. We don't use advertising cookies.
